This year at the Summit for Life they are honoring Susie with the Michael Wells Inspirational Award.
The foundation wrote to us and said: “Each year we present the Michael Wells Inspirational Award at Summit at the Sundeck. This award is named for our good friend, and honors someone local for their support, advocacy, or representation of CKF, as well as the donation and transplantation communities. This year, we would love to honor Susie, or Team Joyful in honor of Susie. We will be thinking of Susie and holding her, her family, and her friends in our hearts. Her incredible spirit will be missed, but we will forever be so grateful for her loving support.”
